Our commitment
We aim to provide a website that is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for a broad range of people and assistive technologies. Our ongoing target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is a continuing improvement goal, not a claim that every page or third-party service is currently fully conformant.
Measures we take
- Use semantic page structure, descriptive headings and meaningful link text.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Provide labels and status messages for forms and interactive controls.
- Use responsive layouts, readable contrast and scalable text.
- Add alternative text or accessible names for meaningful images and controls.
- Review new features and correct reported barriers as part of ongoing maintenance.
Known limitations
Some product imagery, older documents, AI-generated responses or third-party content may not yet offer an equivalent experience in every circumstance. Embedded services such as Google Maps and links to external platforms are controlled by their providers and may have separate accessibility features or limitations.
If any content is difficult to use, contact us. We can provide product information, quote assistance or other reasonable support through an alternative method where practicable.
Accessibility feedback and assistance
Please tell us the page or feature involved, the problem you encountered, the assistive technology and browser you used (if relevant), and your preferred way to receive a response. We review accessibility feedback and aim to respond promptly.
