These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and White Matte governing your use of whitematte.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Product information, quotes and orders

The website is a product-discovery and inquiry service. Displayed products, descriptions, dimensions, availability, lead times and images are provided for general information and may change without notice. Natural and manufactured materials can vary in color, pattern, texture and appearance; screens and photography may not reproduce them exactly.

A website inquiry, saved quote list or AI response is not a binding offer, order confirmation or guarantee of availability. Pricing, measurements, specifications, installation scope, payment terms and warranties must be confirmed in a formal written quote, order confirmation or agreement issued by White Matte. No online payment is collected through the public website.

Acceptable use

You may use the site only for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not interfere with security or operation, probe systems without authorization, introduce malicious code, scrape the site at disruptive scale, impersonate another person, submit unlawful material or use site content to violate another party’s rights. AI assistant

The White Matte AI assistant provides preliminary product guidance and helps route inquiries. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date and is not architectural, engineering, legal, financial, safety or installation advice. Verify product suitability, measurements, building-code requirements and final specifications with qualified professionals and a White Matte representative before purchase or installation.

Intellectual property and submissions

The site design, text, graphics, product presentation, logos, software and other content are owned by or licensed to White Matte and protected by applicable law. You may view and print reasonable portions for evaluating White Matte products, but may not reproduce, publish, sell or create derivative works without permission.

You retain ownership of project details and materials you submit. You grant White Matte permission to use them as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and provide the requested services.

Third parties, disclaimers and liability

The site may link to or embed third-party services, including maps and social platforms. White Matte does not control their content, availability or practices.

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content or fitness of website information for a particular project. Product warranties, if any, are governed by the warranty terms supplied with the applicable product or order.
